   <description><![CDATA[<p><img src="https://i.ytimg.com/vi/J1TcpA-7ND4/hqdefault.jpg"  /></p>Accomplished veena and vocal artist Geetha Ramanathan Bennett is dedicated to continuing the tradition of her guru and father Sangeetha KalanidhiDR. S.Ramanathan.<br />
Geetha has performed extensively in India, the U.S., U.K., Canada, Australia, and Singapore. She was the first veena player to perform in Hong Kong and has appeared in many prestigious venues and series. She has been awarded the highest rank, "A Top" for veena performance by All India Radio/TV for the last ten years. Her performances have been broadcast by Indian National T.V., All India Radio, the Singapore Broadcasting System and Malaysian Television.<br />
Her experiments with the fusion of Indian classical music and western styles began in the mid 1990's when she was invited to perform as a veena soloist in selections of 'Scheherazade' with the Colgate University Orchestra and conductor Dr. William Skelton in Hamilton, New York. Other fusion projects have included a major tour of Europe and the U.S. with percussionist Trilok Gurtu's world music ensemble 'The Glimpse'. Geetha has also performed both as a veena player and vocalist on guitarist Andy Summers' fusion album 'Peggy's Blue Skylight' showcasing compositions of jazz bassist Charles Mingus.<br />

Bernard is an accomplished violinist hailing from a musical family in France. He started formal music study in the Conservatory of Roubaix. He started his career in Germany in 1970.    <description><![CDATA[<p><img src="https://i.ytimg.com/vi/KbJfnv2ocAs/hqdefault.jpg"  /></p>Ambi Subramaniam performs a fusion music piece composed by his father and guru Dr. L. Subramaniam. The composition is based on the carnatic raga Vakulabharanam. Ambi first plays a free-styla raga improvisation (raga alapana) and then will plays the composition along with moorching artiste Mr. Satya Sai.<br />

Performer information:<br />
Known as the 'new king of Indian classical violin', Ambi has been on stage since the age of seven. His greatest musical influence is his father and guru, Dr. L. Subramaniam with whom he tours the world, giving solo and duet performances. Ambi has performed at the prestigious Dussehra Festival at the Mysore Palace, the Menuhin Festival in Gstaad, the Lincoln Center Out of Doors Festival, the Jay Pritzker Pavillion in Chicago and at the Centenary Celebration of the Banglaore Gayana Samaj. He has performed with the Orchestra Nationale du Lille, Sinfonia Baltica, Filharmonica du Stadt Sibiu, the Fairfax Symphony Orchestra and the Leipzig Philharmoic Orchestra. Ambi was a featured soloist for the Sounds of India program featuring talented instrumentalists from around the country.<br />

Subramaniam. The composition is based on the carnatic raga Vakulabharanam. Ambi first plays a free-styla raga improvisation (raga alapana) and then will plays the composition along with moorching artiste Mr. Satya Sai.&amp;lt;br /&amp;gt;

Known as the &apos;new king of Indian classical violin&apos;, Ambi has been on stage since the age of seven. His greatest musical influence is his father and guru, Dr. L. Subramaniam with whom he tours the world, giving solo and duet performances. Ambi has performed at the prestigious Dussehra Festival at the Mysore Palace, the Menuhin Festival in Gstaad, the Lincoln Center Out of Doors Festival, the Jay Pritzker Pavillion in Chicago and at the Centenary Celebration of the Banglaore Gayana Samaj. He has performed with the Orchestra Nationale du Lille, Sinfonia Baltica, Filharmonica du Stadt Sibiu, the Fairfax Symphony Orchestra and the Leipzig Philharmoic Orchestra. Ambi was a featured soloist for the Sounds of India program featuring talented instrumentalists from around the country.&amp;lt;br /&amp;gt;
